Overview
Famous Beach Marrakech is one of the largest pool clubs on the Route de l'Ourika, built across twenty thousand square metres of open-air terrain about twenty minutes south of the city. The operation is scaled for spectacle. Three pools anchor the layout, the central one heated and stretching wide enough to serve as the focal point for daily pool parties. A full stage faces the water, rigged for DJs, live performers, and the kind of choreographed entertainment that leaves no doubt about the venue's intentions: this is a daytime club first, a pool second. Day beds fan out in rows across tiered zones, from open-access loungers near the shallower pool to VIP sections with dedicated jacuzzis and bottle service. The restaurant, run under the Nommos brand, serves a Mediterranean-leaning menu with international and Moroccan touches, ordered from loungers or under the shaded terrace overlooking the pools. Shisha circulates. The music is constant, building through electro and house sets from late morning onward. A free shuttle runs loops between the city centre and the venue, picking up from several fixed points across town. Famous Beach operates at a register that is deliberately high-volume: loud, social, visually intense, and oriented toward a young, international crowd looking for energy rather than retreat. There is also a solarium, a barbershop, and a poolside spa for those who want to slow down between sets. It is not the place for silence. It is the place where the afternoon disappears into bass, sunlight, and the collective momentum of a pool party that runs until early evening.
