Riad Rosemary

Riad Rosemary occupies five rooms in the Rue de la Bahia area of the Medina, a building renovated in collaboration with more than twenty artisans specializing in plasterwork, woodcarving, and traditional techniques whose collective skill is legible in the tadelakt walls, marble, and hand-carved cedar ceiling of the Rosemary suite. Each of the five rooms is named for a botanical reference and carries distinct character: Clemande with its geometric shelving, Jacaranda with its zellige tile headboard, Cocoon with its stained-glass shower, Bird Nest with its sculptural fireplace, and the Rosemary suite with its cedar ceiling providing the most elaborate architectural expression of the group. A courtyard pool and scented hammam serve the wellness dimension. A sun-exposed rooftop terrace provides elevation above the Medina. The kitchen is organized around locally sourced ingredients, the meals reflecting the same care applied to the building's surfaces.
