Dar Housnia occupies two connected buildings in the Medina, a traditional riad and a douiria, both restored with the sober precision that suits their Arab-Andalusian bones. The roof terrace itself is layered with bougainvillea, succulents, and cacti, the planting dense enough to provide both colour and shade.
